Right Star International Inc. will buy the Hawai'i assets of Loewen Group Inc., which include the Valley of the Temples Mortuaries and Hawaiian Memorial Park, the notice said. The sale is the result of bankruptcy proceedings in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware.
