TODAY'S MUST-SEE: NCAA "Final Four" Basketball, 11 a.m. preview, then 12:30 p.m. doubleheader; CBS: OK, there always seems to be some kind of basketball on TV. Now, however, is something that matters Ü the final nights of the NCAA tournament. Things started two weeks ago with 65 of the top college teams in America. Now, only four are left. CBS has a preview at 4 p.m. Then the games begin. The first tip-off is at about 12:42 p.m., with Arizona facing Michigan State Ü the defending champs, with 10 straight tourney victories. At about 3:15, powerhouse Duke faces Maryland. Expect lots of commotion and collisions. Then the two survivors have to do it all over on Monday.

TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE II: "Disclosure" (1994), 7 p.m., ABC: Here is a film about sex and deceit in the workplace. Michael Douglas plays a corporate executive and Demi Moore is the beautiful boss who will seduce or destroy him. Soon, he's filing a sexual harassment suit. As concocted by Michael Crichton Ü the creator of "ER," "Jurassic Park" and more Ü this is full of coincidences and unlikely twists.

College Baseball, 6:30 p.m., KFVE: Hawai'i Pacific at Hawai'i in the Rainbow Easter Tournament.

Hawai'i State Spelling Bee, 5 p.m., KHON-2 (3 on Oceanic): Hosted by Channel 2 Morning News anchor Leslie Wilcox, this is the finale of the statewide spelling competition. Some seventh- or eighth-grader will win the right to compete in the Scripps Howard National Spelling Bee in Washington, D.C.

"Lance Burton, Master Magician," 4 p.m., Fox Family Channel: Here is a quick-paced special that zips around the country. One moment, Burton performs on a beach or at the Magic Castle; the next, he has a return-home concert in Louisville, Ky. Either way, there's lots of magic.

"Cher: Live in Concert From the MGM Grand in Las Vegas," 5 p.m., Fox Family Channel: This isn't really live anymore, but it was when it was first aired on HBO. It was also flashy and glittery.

Football, 7 p.m., NBC: The XFL has, varying by region, the Hitmen-Enforcers or the Rage-Thunderbolts. This is mostly for those who don't realize there's a major sports event (Final Four NCAA basketball) tonight on CBS.

"Cops," 7 p.m., Fox: Here are reruns of two half-hours that borrowed John Walsh, the "America's Most Wanted" host. In the first, he rides along with the Pierce County Sheriff's Department in Washington state; in the second, he's riding in Jacksonville, Fla.
