Jean Rabacal married Phillip "Chico" John Lucero on Feb. 3 at Fort DeRussy Chapel. The reception followed at the Hale Koa Hotel. The bride (McKinley High), now Jean Lucero, is a loan processor. The groom (Pearl City High) is an electrician. They live in 'Ewa Beach.

Engagements

Cheryl Lynne Garcia and Randale deGuzman Dizon have announced their engagement. Garcia, of Virginia Beach, Va., formerly of Waipahu, is the daughter of Benjamin and Sophia Garcia of Waipahu. Dizon, of Virginia Beach, is the son of Alejandro and Rica Dizon of Virginia Beach. Both are registered nurses. They plan to marry May 19.
