Navy Patrol Squadron 4 held a change-of-command ceremony April 6 when Doug Yancey became the 52nd commanding officer of the "Skinny Dragons." As his first official duty, Cmdr. Yancey enlisted his son Gabriel as a Navy aviation candidate.
U.S. Navy, Fleet Imaging Detachment, Kane'ohe Bay
The younger Yancey, who hopes to become a third-generation aviator, will begin officer candidate school in Pensacola, Fla., in January.
