Bank seeks case transfer
Bank of Hawai'i has asked a New York bankruptcy judge to transfer the Chapter 11 case of Waimea Valley Adventure Park owner Attractions Hawai'i from Brooklyn to Honolulu. Attractions Hawai'i, headed by New York investor Christian Wolffer, filed for bankruptcy last month to block a foreclosure action by the bank. The bank's motion, which also seeks to dismiss the case, is scheduled to be heard May 24.
