MUST SEE: "Wingspan," 8 p.m., ABC. Paul McCartney's fans will find this hour rich and fascinating. And although it is filled with frank details, others will find it only mildly interesting. McCartney sits down with his daughter Mary to talk about many things — from the death of the Beatles to the birth of Wings to his romance with the late Linda Eastman McCartney, who was Mary's mom. A gifted photographer of rock performers, Linda McCartney died of breast cancer in 1998. She's omnipresent here, via old films, recorded interviews and the gentle memories of her widower.

"Who Wants To Be a Millionaire," 7 p.m., ABC. Here's the finale of the five-part celebrity edition of the game.

"Diagnosis Murder," 7 p.m., CBS. This long-running series ends its season — and probably its existence — with an unusual hour: A young filmmaker focuses on a nurse's disappearance from the hospital 25 years ago.

"Miss Universe Pageant," 8 p.m., CBS. Supermodels Naomi Campbell and Elle Macpherson serve as the hosts of the show, and Ricky Martin sings, as beauties from around the world compete.

"The Lone Gunmen," 8 p.m., Fox. The guys suspect that the beautiful Yves may be working for a rogue government agency.

"Law and Order: Special Victims Unit," 9 p.m., NBC. Karen Allen ("Raiders of the Lost Ark") plays a woman whose cashed, bloodstained check is linked to a series of murders. That moves the attention to her unstable husband, played by Richard Thomas.
