Kosher salt tastes cleaner, brighter

Kosher salt tastes less salty than table salt.

Lots of chefs today rely on kosher salt. Also known as dairy salt or flake salt, kosher salt has a larger crystal that contains no additives compared to regular table salt that contains additives to keep it free flowing.

Kosher salt tastes brighter and cleaner and less salty than table salt.

The word "kosher" refers to the salt used to draw blood from meat so that it complies with Jewish dietary laws.

Kosher salt is ideal in making brine solutions and can be used in place of regular salt on the table and in cooking and baking. Kosher salt coats the rim of a margarita glass well.
