MUST-SEE: "Friends," 7 p.m., and "Will and Grace," 8 p.m., both NBC. As "Survivor" soared, it was easy to overlook something: This is also a big time for "Friends," TV's best comedy. Tonight, Monica and Chandler get married in an hourlong episode. Yes, there are guest stars—Kathleen Turner, Morgan Fairchild, Gary Oldman — and complications. "Friends" tends to be at its best during its pivotal episodes. Afterward, "Will and Grace" has an hour with some moments that are too loud or too obvious; others are laugh-out-loud funny. At the core is Grace's new boyfriend, played by Woody Harrelson. He's the opposite of her sophisticated world, yet he charms her. In between the weak moments — including a so-so subplot with Jack searching for his dad — there are great ones. This may be the only TV episode to include funny references to "Chocolat," "Wizard of Oz" and a character "having a 'Yentl' breakdown."

"CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," 7 and 8 p.m., CBS. First is a rerun, with a body found in a mansion's swimming pool. Then comes the season finale, in which a serial killer keeps cleaning up crime scenes and adding false clues.

"Mystery: Second Sight," 8 p.m., PBS. Last week's episode had Tanner still trying to keep police colleagues from knowing he's going blind. That was complicated by a murder case; the victim's father-in-law is a former crooked cop, now blind and manipulative.

"ER," 9 p.m., NBC. A tough night turns personal for Mark Greene in this season finale. As he's treating victims of a shooter, he learns that his family might be in danger.
