TONIGHT"S MUST-SEE

"United We Stand," 7 p.m., ABC. This concert, a Washington, D.C., fund-raiser for victims of the Sept. 11 attacks, has been repackaged into a two-hour TV special.

"Friends," 7 p.m., NBC. A new "sweeps" period, which means Nielsen ratings will be taken in every market for the next four weeks; networks will be on their best behavior. "Friends" has always said that sweet Phoebe (Lisa Kudrow) has a twin. That"s Ursula " the waitress Kudrow played in "Mad About You." Eventually, it decided Ursula is also a manipulative porn star. Tonight, Phoebe meets Ursula"s fiance, played by movie star Sean Penn.

OF NOTE

"Survivor: Africa," 7 p.m., CBS. Here"s the fourth-round trimming the field to 12.

"Popstars 2," 7 p.m., WB (seen on KFVE). Tonight, audition survivors face tough dance routines.

"CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," 8 p.m., CBS. When a man is found burying a body he logically becomes the murder suspect.

"Will and Grace," 8 p.m., NBC. Nathan, played by Woody Harrelson, proposes to Grace.

"The Agency," 9 p.m., CBS. CIA agents hustle to keep a former informant from being killed.
