Center to help small business
Honolulu entrepreneurs looking for help have a new source of assistance: the Small Business Resource Center, a partnership between the city's Office of Economic Development and the federal Small Business Administration.
The center, which opened yesterday at the Chinatown Gateway Plaza on Nu'uanu Avenue, will offer one-stop help for entrepreneurs who want to start, improve or expand their companies, city and federal officials say.
The center, on the street level at 1041 Nu'uanu Ave., is open 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. For more information, call the center at 522-8130.
