"24," 8 p.m., Fox. If you missed Tuesday's premiere, here's a second chance. Keifer Sutherland plays a government counterterrorist agent who hears of a plot to kill a presidential candidate. Twenty-four episodes combine to portray a full day. OF NOTE:
"Providence," 7 p.m., NBC. Last week, Robbie and Tina got married. The problem came when his dad broke down from the combination of alcohol and his brain injury. Tonight, he tries rehab, and the couple tries to start a honeymoon.
