Active member of Makawao Union Church and Maui Rotary Club. NORMAN J. SILVA, 67, of Prescott, Ariz., died Nov. 6, 2001. Born in Honolulu. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War and retired as an inspector at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard.
