Cook's Tips
Measure carefully when making cookies
For the best holiday cookies, measure correctly: For liquids, set transparent measuring cups on a level surface, fill, then check at eye level. For dry ingredients, use graduated measuring sets and "dip and sweep" fill measures by scooping into the bag or canister, then sweeping top level with a knife. Pouring ingredients into the measure fluffs them up and throws off volume.
