Tube Notes

TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE

• "Frasier," 8 p.m., NBC. With its 200th-episode celebration out of the way, this classy comedy moves ahead. Tonight, the 201st episode has Frasier and Niles obsessed. They must visit the elite wine collection of someone they dislike.

OF NOTE

• "Jennifer Lopez in Concert," 7 p.m., NBC. Just seven years ago, Lopez was struggling as a TV regular on "Second Chances," "South Central" and "Hotel Malibu." Now she's a movie and recording star with two hit albums. This concert was taped at the Roberto Clemente Stadium in Puerto Rico.

• "Doc," 7 p.m., Pax TV. If you missed this Veterans Day episode, here is a second chance. Billy Ray Cyrus previously cut a song about vets titled "Some Gave All." Now his character, a country doctor in New York City, faces several vet-related disasters.

• "Prancer Returns," 8 p.m., USA Network. Is it already time for Christmas movies? This cable film is a sequel to a big-screen movie. A boy (Gavin Fink) finds a baby reindeer and assumes it is the son of Prancer. He also wants to keep his shattered family together. Stacy Edwards and John Corbett star.

• "Fashion Victim: The Killing of Gianni Versace," 6:30 p.m., Cinemax. From his modest roots in southern Italy, Gianni Versace became a rich and famous designer, a symbol of Miami's elegance. Then, at 51, he was slain during a killing spree by Andrew Cunanan, 27. This documentary profiles both men and Versace's glamorous world.

• "24," 8 p.m., FOX. The third hour of this powerful series has the dangerous Mandy (Mia Kirshner) scrambling to overcome her partner's mistake. Jack (Kiefer Sutherland) realizes he must trust someone to stop the assassins.

• "NYPD Blue," 8 p.m., ABC. The new partners, Sipowicz and Clark, disagree on a muddled confession.

• "Philly," 9 p.m., ABC. Veronica Hamel, who spent several years in Steven Bochco's "NYPD Blue," shows up on this Bochco series. She plays a judge who seems quite fond of Will, the young defense lawyer played by Tom Everett Scott.

• "Dateline NBC," 9 p.m., NBC. Scheduled is a visit to the McCaughey septuplets, who are now 4 years old.
