Here's a list of what's open and closed Thursday for Thanksgiving

GOVERNMENT

• Federal offices: Closed.

• State offices: Closed.

• City, county offices: Closed.


SCHOOLS

• Public: Closed.

• UH: No classes; offices closed; Sinclair and Hamilton libraries closed.


PUBLIC SERVICES

• Libraries: All closed.

• TheBus: Sunday schedule.

• On-street parking: Free, except for Kalakaua Avenue metered stalls at Kapi'olani Park; holiday towaway zone parking as permitted by sign; meters in municipal lots must be fed; holiday rate at municipal garages.

• Traffic: No coning.

• Trash: Regular rubbish pickup.

• Landfills and convenience centers: Open.

• Open Markets: Closed.

• Municipal golf courses: Open.

• Mail: Post offices closed; no residential or business delivery; no (blue) collection box pickups. Express Mail will be delivered.

• Handi-Van: Operating.

• Humane Society: Closed.

• Blood bank: Both locations closed.
