THEODORE BOTELHO, 88, of Wahiawa, died Nov. 14, 2001. A boat builder retired from Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. CATHARINE PRATT FIELD, 103, of Honolulu, died Nov. 22, 2001. Born in Honolulu. Longest-standing member of Central Union Church. A founding mother of the cooperative kindergarten that evolved into Central Union Preschool and founder of The Couples Club. Assembled data for the University of Hawai'i library and was AAUW president. Chairwoman of the Island-wide Community Chest fund drive. Survived by sons, Harry Jr. and John; seven grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; brother, Kenneth Pratt. Graveside service 11 a.m. Wednesday at Oahu Cemetery. JUDY KALUA'APANA FURTADO, 63, of Honolulu, died Nov. 15, 2001. Born in Honolulu. A school bus driver for the state of Hawai'i. Survived by husband, Vincent; sons, Nelson Ahina, Benny Ahina, Antalia Ahina and Mitchell Furtado; daughters, Zilinda Entendencia and Zerelda Marasco; brothers, Antalia Kalani Jr. and Francis Santiago; 20 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
