Corrections

• Keola Kanae of Puna was sentenced to 25 years in prison for a June 14 carjacking, with a six-year, eight-month mandatory minimum term. Because of a reporter's error, the minimum term was incorrect in a story on Nov. 20.

• Jim Howe is the state's chief of lifeguards. His last name was misspelled, because of an editor's error, in a on Nov. 22.

• Charles Iwakami is the retired president of EM Hawaii. Because of a reporter's error, his name was misspelled in a story yesterday.
