Japan bestows honors on Hawai'i man

| Kazuma Okumura, 93, a founding member of the Maui Japanese Society, accepted congratulations from Dorothy and Ronald Nakata on being presented with the Order of the Rising Sun, Silver Rays, yesterday in Honolulu. Japan's consul general, Minoru Shibuya, background, presided at the ceremony, which also honored Robert T. Tomosawa.
