Survived by wife, Lynn LaForge; son, Curtis Lee LaForge; parents, Wallace and Shirley; sisters, Trina Tsukiyama and Denise Lee; brothers, Wallace Lee Jr., Jason Lee-Saiki, Nathan Lee and Eugene Lee.
