The U.S. flag flies over the USS Arizona Memorial in memory of the 1,177 crewmembers killed during the Pearl Harbor attack. Navy Adm. Dennis C. Blair will present a flag from the Arizona to the Pentagon in honor of those killed Sept. 11.
