HPU falls from No. 1 to No. 4

Following last weekend's loss to University of Hawai'i-Hilo, the Hawai'i Pacific University women's volleyball team fell from first to fourth in the AVCA Division II Top 25 poll released yesterday.
The Lady Sea Warriors, who had been ranked No. 1 for the past five weeks, received six first-place votes in the poll. West Texas A&M, ranked third in last week's poll, moved up to No. 1 with 15 first-place votes.
HPU hosts BYU-Hawai'i Friday at St. Andrew's Priory gym, and will play Chaminade at McCabe Gym Saturday. Both matches are scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
