President Bartlet finds voters are displeased in "The West Wing."

NBC

TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE "The West Wing," 8 p.m., NBC. As the re-election campaign of President Bartlet began last week, it seemed to be in shambles. A new poll echoed results of the previous one: Shaken because Bartlet withheld information about his multiple sclerosis, Americans now distrust the president. New campaign people (Ron Silver, Evan Handler) want him to apologize. The West Wingers know Bartlet better.

OF LOCAL INTEREST "Ka'ililauokekoa," 8 p.m., PBS. The first feature-length film in Hawaiian, it follows the love story of the titled Kaua'i chiefess who falls in love with the high chief and his magical flute.
