Kite surfer drowns off Mokulia

The body of a drowned kite surfer was discovered around noon today in the waters off Mokuleia Beach Park.

The 33-year-old North Shore man apparently was knocked unconscious by his kite. He was taken to Wahiawa General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
