Brides- and grooms-to-be will be treated to everything from a view of the latest in Paris bridal fashions to a full line-up of hotels offering wedding packages at the World Class Wedding Expo, opening 6-10 p.m. tonight on the ground-floor exhibition hall at the Hawai'i Convention Center. It runs again 11 a.m.-5 p.m. tomorrow.

Couples can learn about videographers, fine jewelry, hair-and-make-up packages, invitations, accessories, cakes, limousines, discos, musicians, favors, centerpieces, caterers, health spas, wedding and reception sites, real estate agents, financial companies and more at what organizers said is the first expo of this size to be held at the convention center.

Romance Parisienne, a local bridal fashion business, will show affordable French gowns. Christina von Fieandt will unveil a "new look" in one-of-a-kind gowns. Other top Hawai'i designers, including Mona Lisa Designs, Princess Kaiulani Fashions and Anne Namba, also will be available with their latest designs.

The expo also offers a large collection of giveaways, everything from wedding bands, bridal gowns and hotel packages to the grand prize of a $6,000 cruise for two courtesy of Creative Holidays.

Admission is $5 at the door. Parking is available at the convention center. For further information, call 943-1067.
