TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE

"Women Rock! Girls and Guitars," 9-11 p.m., Lifetime. At a time when massive concerts have raised spirits and money, here's one stuffed with star power. "Women Rock!" is the second annual show, raising breast-cancer awareness. Allison Janney, of "The West Wing," is the host and she introduces some blazing talents including Dixie Chicks, Sheryl Crow, Mary J. Blige, India, Arie, Nelly Furtado, Pat Benatar, Emmylou Harris, and Beth Nielsen Chapman.

OF NOTE

"Dark Angel," 7 p.m., FOX. The threat of a plague sweeps across Seattle.

"The Ellen Show," 7 p.m., CBS. Larry Joe Campbell, a fine comedy actor from ABC's "According to Jim," guests. He plays a pest-control guy who's soon kind of a pest.

"Fright Night" (1985) at 2 p.m., "Young Frankenstein" (1974) at 4 p.m. and again at 7:30 p.m. and "Frankenstein" (1931) at 6 p.m., AMC. The annual "Monsterfest" begins on this cable channel with lots of horror films. The true gem is "Young Frankenstein," Mel Brooks' hilarious spoof.

"That's Life," 8 p.m., CBS. Last week, Lydia kept quiet about Dr. Hackett's wife cheating on him. Now she has more secrets to keep.

"Radio Music Awards," 7 p.m., ABC. This concert, with Mick Jagger, Sugar Ray, Kid Rock, Elton John, Lenny Kravitz and more, airs the same night as "Women Rock" on Lifetime.

"Scariest Places on Earth," 6 p.m., FOX Family Channel. This special does everything possible to creep us out. It takes us to a castle in Transylvania where Vlad the Impaler — said to be the inspiration for "Dracula" — did his worst deeds. "It is obvious that there is an evil force that is very ancient here," Father Doru Cirstei tells us grimly. Then an amiable American family is dumped there and told to survive.
