OBAMA "O.B." KUJENGA BUCKNER, 63, of Pahoa, Hawai'i, died Oct. 24, 2001. born in Greencastle, Ind. A meteorologist technician for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Survived by wife, Paula; daughter, Katherine; sisters, Mary Wilson, Laverta Terry and Catherine Mason; brothers, Dr. William Buckner Jr. and James Reynolds; mother, Mary; a granddaughter. CARLOS FELICIANO DIAS SR., 90, of Kane'ohe, died Oct. 20, 2001. Born in Papa'aloa, Hawai'i. A pipe-fitter retired from Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. Survived by sons, Carlos Jr., Leonard and Reuben; brothers, Mariano and Edward; sister, Sarah Rodrigues; 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren. Survived by husband, Christopher; sons, Lance Takamori and Lyle Matsuoka; daughter, Deane Takamori; mother, Leatrice Fukushima; brother, Lloyd Fukushima; sisters, Judith Fukushima and Joy Ledbetter; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
