Sophomore Shannon Li of Sacred Hearts Academy fired a 534 to capture the Civilian Marksmanship State Girls Air Riflery championship yesterday at Konawaena High on the Big Island.

Li scored 187 in the prone position, 166 standing and 181 kneeling.

Punahou's Vicci Yau and Kara Tellio were tied for second with 527 to lead the Buffanblu to the team championship with 2,037 points.

Waiakea was second with 1,951 points, followed by Pearl City with 1,858.
