CELESTE BAROSS, 89, of Redwood City, Calif., died Aug. 6, 2001. She was an exceptional cook and hostess. TATSUO "TA" TSUMURA, 84, of Honolulu, died Aug. 24, 2001. Born in Kurtistown, Hawai'i. A boiler mechanic supervisor retired from Hawaiian Electric and member of Soka Gakkai International. BRUCE A. YOUNG, 61, of Honolulu, died Aug. 28, 2001. Born in Corvallis, Ore. He served in the U.S. Navy, was an inventor known for his alternative energy invention, and a logger, construction worker and commercial fisherman who was also a talented artist known for his wire sculptures.
