The folks at the Pineapple Garden Maze — which the 2001 Guiness Book of World Records calls the world's largest maze — are celebrating its third birthday with a day-long celebration geared for the family.

The event, at the maze at the Dole Plantation in Wahiawa, will feature entertainment, food and keiki fun from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 16.

There will be a 2-for-1 maze admission rate all day, free keiki crafts, dinosaur "air bouncers," balloons and free keiki IDs provided by the Honolulu Police Department. Performers include the Hypersquad dance team, Na Leo Pilimehana, the Firehouse Band and more. Free. Information, 944-4343.
