The Hawai'i connection was strong at the 2001 Army Reserve NCO and Soldier of the Year Award ceremony on Aug. 18. Staff Sgt. Jody Wilson, left, of the 9th Regional Support Command, Fort Shafter, was named the Army Reserve Noncommissioned Officer of the Year.
