TONIGHT'S MIGHT-TAPE: "It's a Miracle" season-premiere, 7p.m., Pax TV. This upbeat show doesn't always give us miracles, but it does offer encouraging chunks of real life.

"Night Visions," 8 p.m., FOX. This ambitious show — an anthology in the "Twilight Zone" tradition — offers the last of its new episodes. One involves stowaways who say someone is murdering them; another has a woman with multiple personalities.

"ER," 9 p.m., NBC. Rerun of the season finale, a gunman is loose.
