Advertiser Staff

LIHU'E, Kaua'i — Verizon Wireless says it will spend more than $3 million this year expanding its wireless network on Kaua'i. Most of the work involves expanding the range of its network by installing new digital cell sites.

The Kaua'i system enhancements are part of a $25 million statewide Verizon program to improve cellular telephone coverage.
