• Schofield Barracks will open McNair Gate tomorrow to high-occupancy vehicles carrying three or more passengers from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m., for entry only, to encourage car-pooling for soldiers, family members and civilian employees. Vehicles parked along Kamehameha Highway and Wilikina Drive will be ticketed and towed.

• Other facilities opening today are the Nagorski Golf Course at Fort Shafter and the outdoor recreation facility at Schofield Barracks.
