Celebrations

Jose and Linda Morillo of Honolulu celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary by renewing their wedding vows on July 31 at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas. A reception given by the couple followed at Aladdin Hotel. The Morillos were married July 31, 1976, in Honolulu. He is an adult corrections officer. She is a paralegal.

William and Nobuye Nakamura of Kahului celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a dinner given by their children, Gwen Yoshizawa and Don Nakamura, and Yoshizawa's husband, Steven, on July 21 at Royal Garden Chinese Restaurant. The Nakamuras were married June 9, 1951, in Wailuku, and they have two children, three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. They are retired.
