The September 11th attack
Schofield to open Foote gate

Schofield Barracks will open Foote gate beginning this morning for use during peak traffic hours and will increase access at McNair gate to decrease traffic congestion onto the post.

Foote will open from 5-10 a.m. for entry only, and from 5-8 p.m. for exit only. It will be closed on weekends and holidays.

McNair, currently open for entry to vehicles with three or more people, will also open for exit traffic of vehicles with three or more.

Access for essential contractors remains at McNair from 5 a.m to 5 p.m.

Vehicles parked along Kamehameha Highway and Wilikina Drive will be ticketed and towed.

Also, Richardson Pool on Schofield will open tomorrow. Designated parking is near the Thrift Shop.
