BYUH water polo team loses on road

The Brigham Young University-Hawai'i men's water polo team lost to No. 11 Loyola Marymount, 16-7, yesterday at Los Angeles.

Vanja Kalabic led the Seasiders with three goals.

The Seasiders (3-6) return home to play Chaminade on Friday.

SOCCER

Twice the fun: The University of Hawai'i Wahine will now play two matches against Cal-State Northridge in the Outrigger Hotels & Resorts Invitational.

The matches will be played Saturday and Monday at Waipi'o Peninsula Soccer Stadium. Kickoff is 7 o'clock both nights.

Eastern Illinois announced it had withdrawn from the tournament.
