Gov. Ben Cayetano is inviting the public to submit ideas on how the state can best cope with economic damage incurred by the Sept. 11 attacks.
"Hawai'i is facing its worst economic crisis ever, and we need the support of everyone in the community to keep Hawai'i strong during this time," Cayetano said.
Cayetano has been meeting with business, labor, and political leaders since the attacks. Others are invited to submit ideas, comments and questions through mail-in and electronic "suggestion boxes."
Anyone who wishes to participate can log on to the state or governor's Web sites and click on the "Hawaii Rebounds" link. The governor's web site is at http://gov.state.hi.us, and the state Web site is at http://ehawaiigov.org.
