Baptist lecturer Blackaby plans Wai'alae talk
Baptist lecturer Henry T. Blackaby, whose teachings are part of the foundation of many churches, is scheduled to speak Saturday at the Wai'alae Baptist Church about bringing Christianity into the workplace.
Blackaby's lecture, "God in the Workplace," runs 7-8:30 p.m. The talk is aimed at working professionals but will be free and open to the public, though space is limited to 450 people.
Blackaby is co-founder of Atlanta-based Henry Blackaby Ministries and author of a best-selling learning manual, "Experiencing God," which has been used by 17 denominations.
