TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE, barring news pre-emption: "Enterprise," 8-10 p.m., UPN (seen on KFVE). With one strong stroke, the wobbly "Star Trek" series has rescued itself. For years, "Voyager" and "Deep Space Nine" had seemed bland and limp. Now "Enterprise" wisely goes to the beginning. The time is the 22nd century, 100 years before Capt. James T. Kirk was calmly in space. Now Scott Bakula is truly going where no one has gone before: He's just seen his first Klingon. With shaky new space equipment, he heads to alien territory. Some forgettable characters, but we're quickly drawn to Bakula as the captain, John Billingsley as the alien doctor and Jolene Blalock as the most appealing Vulcan in "Trek" history.
