Wai'anae baseball
Pitched a two-hitter with 13 strikeouts and two walks in the Seariders' 4-1 victory over Leilehua.

ALLEN CASTRO
Maui baseball
Pitched the Sabers to a victory over St. Anthony and went 5-for-5 with a double and four RBIs in the two-game series with the Trojans.

LAURAN DIGNAM
Iolani track
Senior won the 100-, 200- and 400-meter races at the ILH meet on March 23, winning the 400 in a time of 58.28, .64 seconds faster than her state-winning time last year.

NICK FREITAS
Kamehameha baseball
Had a home run and two RBIs in a victory over Pac-Five and went 2-for-4 with three RBIs in a loss to Punahou.

MATT INOUYE
Mid-Pacific baseball
Senior catcher went 2-for-2 with a grand slam in a victory over Damien and had a double, home run and two RBIs in a win over Punahou to help the Owls finish the ILH first round with a 7-0 record.

KRISHA KAI
Kahuku track
Won the high jump, triple jump and discus at the ILH meet March 23. She high-jumped 5 feet, 4 inches and triple-jumped 36-2.

AMBER LEE
McKinley basketball
Scored a game-high 19 points, including the go-ahead basket with about one minute remaining, to lead the Tigers to a 33-29 victory at Kalaheo. The win snapped the Mustangs' 50-game win streak in OIA competition.

CHRIS MOLS
Roosevelt baseball
Senior had 10 strikeouts in six innings and had a double and three RBIs in a victory over Kaiser, then went 3-for-4 with a double, home run and two RBIs in a win over Kahuku.

KAMAILE SANTOS
Kailua basketball
Senior struck out 11, walked two and had an RBI single in a 3-1 victory over Castle, then went 3-for-4 in a win over McKinley.

CODY SHEETS
King Kekaulike baseball
Went 5-for-5 with three doubles and six RBIs in a victory over Seabury Hall.

DANIEL SHIMIZU
Damien baseball
Went 5-for-5 with two doubles in a 6-5 victory over Pac-Five, the Monarchs' first win of the season.

LEHUA YAP
Nanakuli basketball
Scored 20 points in a 46-38 victory over Waialua and 21 points with four 3-pointers in a 41-38 overtime loss to Leilehua.

BRITTNEY AIWOHI, Sacred Hearts basketball — Senior scored a game-high 24 points to lead the Lancers to a 46-28 victory over St. Francis.

BRANDON ALA, Kamehameha track and field — Senior threw the discus 177 feet, 3 inches at the ILH meet on March 23, coming within four feet of the state meet record.

DAVID CHU, Kaiser baseball — Senior went 3-for-5 with two doubles, a home run and four RBIs in a victory over Farrington. He also scored three runs.

JASMINE DIAS, 'Aiea basketball — Senior scored 15 points to lead Na Ali'i to a 38-34 victory over Pearl City.

IVAN FUJII, Roosevelt baseball — Went 4-for-5 with a double, two home runs, and four RBIs to help the Rough Riders edge Kahuku, 10-9. His solo home run with two outs in the bottom of the seventh inning was the game winner.

TIARE HOLBRON, Wai'anae basketball — Scored 21 points to lead the Seariders to a 55-37 victory over Waialua.

TODD IACOVELLI, Punahou track — Won the 1500 at the ILH meet on March 23 with a time of 4 minutes, 11.59 seconds, 3.5 seconds faster than his state-winning time last year.

JUSTIN KASHIWAEDA, Mid-Pacific baseball — Went 2-for-3 in a victory over Damien and 3-for-4 in a victory over Iolani.

REILY MAEDA, Maryknoll baseball — Pitched a five-hitter, allowing only one run in seven innings, and also drove in two runs in the Spartans' 5-1 victory over Pac-Five.

PAT MCGUIGAN, Mid-Pacific baseball — Senior pitched an eight-inning shutout against Iolani, striking out six and walking two.

KAIMI MEAD, St. Louis baseball — Pitched a four-hitter with eight strikeouts in the Crusaders' 4-2 victory over Iolani.

PIKAKE NUTTER-GAUDET, Leilehua basketball — Sophomore scored 13 points to help the Mules upset Radford, 47-43, in the OIA West season opener.

SPENCER OMALZA, Leilehua baseball — Pitched a one-hitter with eight strikeouts in the Mules' victory over Nanakuli.

TYLER PERKINS, Kamehameha baseball — Senior went 2-for-3 with a triple and RBI against Punahou, then went 3-for-5 in a 10-7 victory over Maryknoll.

KEONI RUTH, Kamehameha baseball — Went 2-for-3 with a grand slam and five RBIs in a victory over Pac-Five.

BRANDON SATO, St. Louis baseball — Senior went 4-for-4 with two RBIs to help the Crusaders hand Punahou its first loss of the season.

JIMMY STROMBACH, Moanalua baseball — Senior went 3-for-4 with a triple and three RBIs in a 9-5 victory over Kalaheo.

IKAIKA TRINIDAD, Campbell baseball — Drove in Ali'ikea Basham from first base with two outs in the bottom of the seventh inning to lift the Sabers to a 2-1 victory over Mililani.
