RICHARD "RICH" E. FENNING, 74, of Kapolei, died April 2, 2002. Born in Worcester, Mass. A boatswain's mate 1st class retired from the U.S. Navy. PEGGY SACHIKO HATTORI, 76, of Kailua, died March 31, 2002. Born in Hilo. A central cashier retired from Outrigger Hotels.
