| At National POW/MIA Day ceremonies, Norma Higa accepts the Prisoner of War Medal on behalf of her son, Sgt. Samuel Miyahira, who was held captive during the Korean War. Irwin Cockett, a retired Army brigadier general, presented the medal yesterday at National Cemetery of the Pacific.
