Tonight's Must-See

• "Once and Again," finale, 9 p.m., ABC. In an era when ABC junks shows without warning, this is an improvement. At least "Once and Again" can die with dignity. For three years this drama has had high quality and low ratings. When word came that ABC would dump it, fans protested. Susan Lyne, president of the skittish network, promised "a fully realized conclusion."

Ed Zwick, one of the producers, promised "a final episode that does justice to those who have been so loyal." That happens tonight when Rick and Lily (Billy Campbell and Sela Ward) consider career moves that would split their marriage. Meanwhile, Karen, (Susanna Thompson) deals with a new romance and Jake, (Jeffrey Nordling) decides to pop the question.
