THE LEFT LANE
Medicine dispenser

Many parents know the frustration of dealing with a sick and finicky infant who refuses to take medication. Kidz-Med Medicine Dispenser, which helps with accurate administering of liquid medicines to infants and toddlers, may mean the end of such tiresome battles. The graduated reservoir of the dispenser holds up to 1 teaspoon of medicine, which is delivered through the pacifier nipple by gently depressing the built-in plunger, or by the baby's sucking. The dispenser costs $7.95, including shipping and handling. It may be purchased by calling toll free (877) 206-3225.

KITT goes big screen

"Baywatch" isn't the only thing in revival mode for actor David Hasselhoff. The star of the old NBC series, "Knight Rider," apparently is going full-throttle to bring Michael Knight to the big screen, along with KITT, his trusty, talking Trans-Am. The movie would be produced by Revolution Studios, the company filming Bruce Willis' wartime drama, "Hostile Rescue," now in production in Hawai'i.
