PRIMITIVO CALPITO CABICO, 74, of Honolulu, died April 18, 2002. Born in Nagbukel, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. A retired warehouseman for Hickam Air Force Base. KATHLEEN SIU LAN KAUHI LII LII O PUNA JAY DECKER, 93, of Kailua, died April 18, 2002. Born in Pahoa, Hawai'i. A longtime Kailua resident and member of the American Legion Auxiliary. Survived by daughters, Georgette Decker, Dorynne Ringler, Lovita Alsbury and Iwalani Halm; sons, Teddy and Tommy; 24 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren; 43 great-great-grandchildren; sister, Jeanette Anderson.
