Tonight's Must-Sees

"Bob Hope's Funniest Outtakes" (7 p.m.), "Frasier" (8 p.m.) and "Scrubs" (8:30 p.m.), NBC. For the next few weeks, NBC will be wallowing in 75th-anniversary memories from radio and TV. It begins tonight with Hope, who happens to encompass much of that era. "He started with NBC in the radio days in the '30s and went on into the '90s," says his daughter, Linda. He didn't tape anything new for this special (with host Kelsey Grammer), she says, but he did suggest some clips. "He's looking forward to his 99th birthday (May 29). ... He has his good and bad days." That's followed by three of Grammer's old "Cheers" colleagues (Rhea Perlman, George Wendt, John Ratzenberger) on "Frasier" and a brief "Scrubs" visit by some of the "St. Elsewhere" doctors.
