More traffic jams on Kalaniana'ole Highway

Joseph Baclaan, front, and Alex Lenchanko of Safety Systems Hawai'i Inc., placed traffic cones yesterday along Kalaniana'ole Highway as a 20-week repaving project began. Two of the 'ewa-bound lanes will be closed between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. during the first phase of the project, while one kokohead-bound lane will be contraflowed.
