• The East-West Center is not a part of the University of Hawai'i. A Local News story posted yesterday contained incorrect information because of an editor's error.

• Master Hawaiian quiltmaker Debbie Kakalia died March 19. Local News briefs posted Saturday contained incorrect information because of a reporter's error.

• "Eco Circus" will be playing at 7:30 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday at Kennedy Theatre, University of Hawai'i. Because of a page designer's error, incorrect dates appeared in an Island Life story posted yesterday.

• In the treatment of sexual dysfunction, the drug Paxil may be effective for premature ejaculation, and vacuum devices may cause the penis to be able to pivot at its base. Because of an editor's error, an 'Ohana column posted Sunday contained incorrect information.
