MARYLENE OI SINN CHANG-HOM, 45, of South Pasadena, Calif., died May 22, 2002. Born in Honolulu. Senior IBM project manager. THOMAS NOBORU GOTO, 82, of 'Aiea, died July 14, 2002. Born in Pa'auilo, Hawai'i. Retired air conditioning equipment mechanic foreman; former member 522nd Field Artillery Battalion.
