Kapalua to host USTA tournament

The 22nd annual Kapalua Open Tennis Championships is Aug. 30-Sept. 2 at Kapalua, Maui.

The event, sanctioned by the U.S. Tennis Association, will have men's and women's singles and doubles play and open, 4.5, 4.0, 3.5, 3.0 divisions.

Open division winners will receive $5,000 and a three-night stay at the Kapalua Villas.

An entry fee of $50 is due by Aug. 26.
